Scott Daniell spent nearly a decade at Gallup, delivering more than 1,000 strengths-based and culture-focused presentations. After his time at Gallup, Scott served as the cultural architect for a fast-growing Lincoln company, helping lead them to be named “Best Place to Work” in the small-business category by the Lincoln Journal Star.
Scott later founded Leadership Catalyst, where he equips leaders and their teams to break through ceilings and build healthy cultures rooted in purpose, clarity, and sustainable growth. As a former EOS Implementer, certified Scaling Up Coach, and StoryBrand Guide, Scott has facilitated more than 750 executive sessions, guiding teams to create clear, compelling visions, executable growth strategies, and strong quarterly and annual plans. He is also the creator of the Catalytic Model, now used by leaders across multiple industries.
At his core, Scott is a Christ-follower, a grateful husband to Amber, and a deeply engaged girl dad to three extraordinary daughters. His family’s story—and God’s faithfulness—fuel his passion for helping leaders and organizations fulfill their unique calling.
