Dawson Schrader is a co-founder of 1610 Advisory in Lincoln, Nebraska. He builds owners one place that holds everything their business knows. They own it, the model provider does not hold the memory, and they can point whatever model they want at it today or tomorrow. He also sits in the finance seat as a fractional CFO.
He started building the system because he needed a way to organize engagements across multiple CFO clients. The same structure became an open-source marketing system, now 1610’s marketing toolkit, that a marketing agency in Texas and five Lincoln companies run on. Inside 1610 it became a shared advisor app so multiple CFOs can work from the same memory. For clients it shows up as knowledge retrieval, project management, and systems for audits and compliance.

Lucas Hains is a 20+ year sales leader and the founder of Zenith Consulting, a Lincoln-based practice that embeds with growing companies to build sales systems their leadership can actually run. He spent 14 years at RentVision, joining as employee number five and growing into sales leadership, and he still describes himself as a systems builder who sells through questions, not pitches.
These days the thing that has him most energized is AI. He runs his practice with an AI chief of staff he built himself, a set of agents that read his email, prep his meetings, and keep the business running smoothly. The same building instinct shows up in how Zenith serves clients: an AI-powered sales diagnostic system helps each new client see clearly what is and is not working in their sales system, and from there he helps business owners put the power of AI tools to work inside their own sales operations.
Away from work he is a husband and father of six, and he serves on nonprofit boards.
